    Paul Anderson - Chief Executive Officer
    Paul Anderson has over 20 years of international legal, business development, and sales experience. Prior to his role at Pulse Entertainment Inc., Mr. Anderson was a vice president at Openwave Systems, where he managed the company's Asia-Pacific operations for two years before returning to the U.S. to manage the company's mobile infrastructure product group.

    Mr. Anderson also spent 10 years with Adobe Systems, Inc. where he helped establish the company's first Japanese office and developed its application business in Asia. He began his career practicing law for Ware & Freidenrich (now Piper Rudnick, Gray Cary), a leading law firm for technology companies in the Silicon Valley.

    Mr. Anderson is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.

    Jeff Lipton - President
    Jeff Lipton joined Pulse Entertainment Inc. in May of 2001 as part of the company's acquisition of Sonicopia, an interactive audio technology firm that he co-founded. Mr. Lipton oversees all product development efforts and customer operations, as well as strategic channel partnerships.

    Prior to his position as co-founder and Vice President of Audio Production at Sonicopia, Mr. Lipton served as a Senior Audio Post-production Engineer and sound composer and designer at Dubey Tunes Studios, securing and overseeing audio production work for clients including Disney, PepsiCo, McDonalds and MGM, as well as some of the largest advertising firms in the world. Mr. Lipton's professional experience also includes more than twelve years of executive and freelance consulting positions as a Senior Audio Producer, among them a four-year stint as Vice President of Rabid Records, an independent label he co-founded in 1992. He is also a talented musician in his own right, performing with a wide range of musicians and groups across an eclectic mix of styles.

    Mr. Lipton holds an MBA degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he graduated magna cum laude and was honored as a Phi Beta Kappa.

    Jim McLaughlin - VP Business Development
    Jim McLaughlin brings Pulse Entertainment Inc. his 12 years of wireless experience and success of developing and launching new wireless brands and publishing multi-million dollar games and applications in the US market. As VP of Business Development, Mr. McLaughlin manages the sales and carrier relationships for North America.

    Prior to joining Pulse Entertainment Inc., Mr. McLaughlin was the VP of Business Development for Oasys Mobile where he was responsible for growing millions in revenue and placing Oasys mobile in the top 10 for gaming market share from the ground up. Under his direction, some of the hottest personalization and wireless gaming products for many of the top brands such as Mattel's suite of mobile gaming, Sports Illustrated, Fuji Film Mobile Postcard, College and Greek Logo's, Hooters Calendar Girls, Texas Hold'em by Phil Helmuth and the Wall Street Journal, have had the some of the longest shelf life on the carrier's decks today.

    During the cold war, Mr. McLaughlin served his country in the US Navy's Silent Service as a Missile Control Center Supervisor in the Nuclear Weapons Division aboard the Nuclear Submarine, USS Daniel Webster SSBN626.

    Manish Shah - VP Engineering
    Manish Shah joined Pulse Entertainment Inc. in 2006 and is leading the high caliber engineering team that develops innovative mobile messaging and entertainment services using the company's patented Veepers animation technology. Mr. Shah has a strong customer-oriented focus and extensive experience in developing telco-grade scalable server solutions.

    Prior to joining Pulse Entertainment Inc, Mr. Shah worked as a leading contributor at Pixo and later as a Software Architect at Sun Microsystems. He was responsible for defining the strategy and architecture for the Pixo Digital Rights Management (DRM) platform for protecting digital mobile content, and for addressing product scalability issues under heavy load. Mr. Shah was also an active member in the Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) DRM working group. Prior to Pixo, he worked as a senior software developer at Corio, Inc., a leading Application Service Provider which was later acquired by IBM. He is also an avid hiker and has led climbing teams on treks to some of North America's highest peaks including Mount Shasta and Mount Whitney.

    Mr. Shah holds a Masters of Science in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University. He also has extensive research experience including a series of published research papers on Java bytecode modification techniques known as Policy based User configurable Java security Architecture (PUJA).
